2006 Saturn Relay 3 with 3.5L, 128K miles.
Out - Assuming factory fill Dexcool
In - Simple drain and fill with Prestone Dexcool mixed 50/50 with distilled water. Approx 6 qts.
Will probably do this again in 3 to 6 months.
Thanks for all the responses.
I ended up deciding on Valvoline Multi Import and bought a gallon and did two drain and fills which left me a quart short. I was at NAPA getting an air filter for it and they did not have the multi import so I got a quart of the Eneos SP to finish the fill. The car...
2011 Hyundai Accent I just purchased. Unknown maintenance history. 62K miles.
Out - 5 qts of what I will assume is the factory fill SP III
in - 4 qts Valvoline Multi-Import Synthetic and 1 qt Eneos SP.
Will likely drop pan and change filter/fluid in about 2 to 3 months.
New to me 2006 Saturn Relay 3 with a 4T65E (I believe it is a 4T65E) w/127k miles.
Out - 5 qts thru the dispstick tube. Looks like the factory fill Dex VI if I was guessing. Need to do a pan drop and filter change but that will have to wait about three months.
In - 5 qts Valvoline Maxlife Full...
I plan to do a radiator drain and fill (maybe 2) on a 2006 Saturn Relay 3 with the 3.5L. The vehicle is new to me with an unknown maint history and has 127K miles. The fluid seems in good shape but I want to make sure. This is the same vehicle as a Chevy Uplander.
According to the owner's...
67K miles. Just purchased so history of changes unknown but my guess is never. Plan to drain and fill within the next month. May drop pan and change filter but a few of the pan bolts look difficult to get to. (May need to use a shop for that) I believe it has the A4AF3 trans.

Yes, it was right to loosen and left to tighten.
If I have used the term wrong I apologize.

Took me 35 minutes. Most of it cleaning off the rubber that had caked on the other pulleys.
Thanks for the help and encouragement.

This morning on the way to work I heard the serpentine belt squeal for about 15 seconds then the battery light came on and temp gauge went to rising. Actually hit red line but never boiled over. I limped it to work and checked and the belt is...

+1 that's what I was thinking
That was what caused same issue on my 2000 Durango. When I touched the relay while the fan was running it was very hot. Replaced it and no problems since.

I should have mentioned I saw that but not sure where exactly I am supposed to test for AC Volts and DC Amps. I usually can figure this stuff out but so far just cannot wrap my head...

Does it actually have an alternator? I would imagine the battery charging to be part of the magneto. If it...

For about a month now when I go to start my tractor it acts as if the battery is nearly dead. Just get a click on the initial attempt. A few more bumps and it usually spins just enough to start.

I think the coupon code will only apply to the base price without the core charge. I think I remember that being the way it worked when I bought a reman power steering pump from them.
I have two of AAP's reman alternators on two of my three vehicles and I have not had any issues with them. One...
I am looking at purchasing a 2004 Mazda 3 with the 2.0L engine and auto trans with 192k miles. It seems in good shape with the following exception. It will not shift up to 3rd from 2nd. Does not matter if in D or M. the Check Engine light is on and the code is either P0726 or P0762. (I just...

I am not sure. Check out their website. They indicate on their website they are the OEM for Ford, Chrysler, Honda, and Nissan. To me they appeared to be a quality product.
Prestolite
I put a set of Prestolite Pro-Connects from RockAuto on my Durango with the 5.2 early last year and I have had no issues with them. I believe prestolite makes the wires for some of the OEMs although I am not sure which one's. I notice RockAuto has some for your Dakota on Wholesaler Closeout.
