MOT21485 is the part number for the fan. If anyone knows of a suitable replacement, would love to hear it.

According to the local Trane supply warehouse and the local Trane authorized dealer, the motor is a specialty motor and it is not available anywhere. They both warned that use of any other motor will be a waste of time and money.
