My 16 Rogue FWD with the 2.5 NA recently achieved 28mpg on a 600 mile mostly interstate run.

In fram part numbers, the 2 has been consolidated for the more often used 10060, and the 16 to a 3614. My shop stopped stocking the 4386 and 7317 years ago.

It seems Linglong has caught on that it's a horrible name and has started labeling tires as "Crosswind" only. Prior to the last year or so, we'd get them in labeled as Linglong Crosswind.

I have one in my CC LT46. 22hp, only 95 hours thus far but been a great engine and lawn mower for my not so flat 3 acres. Changed oil 3 times with Valvoline Daily Protection 10w30 and the black Kohler Filter.

No personal experience with a Sentra of that year, but always figured a ton of shops probably overfill the engine since they spec 3 qts. Many vehicles are 3.5, it's the only one I know of that's less.

Another vote for Nissan... The VG33 in my first vehicle, a 2001 Frontier which I had long enough to do 2 timing belts on is still driving around here with what I presume is over a half million miles on it. Hated all the hoses and plumbing around it but solid. Had a couple maximas with the 3.5...

2001 and 2005 Toyota Camrys I owned had the coldest air. Never serviced either system except cabin filters for several hundred thousand miles. Extremely hot and humid Alabama and Florida weather.

In the minority here... own a Midnight Edition Altima, I think Nissan does well with these and prefer black wheels and trim over chrome.

My 22hp Kohler Cub Cadet sounded better using the OE shorter filter than any assorted 3614 I threw on it... possible explanation. Manual stated letting oil absorb into filter for a certain time and prefilled with fresh oil before install. Maybe a reason to actually spend the extra money 🤔

Very far from places you mentioned you had family but... Huntsville, Alabama area is beautiful and affordable. Lower cost of living compared to rest of US but higher than the rest of the state.
