Update, I dropped the pan and cleaned up magnets today. Filled with Beck Arnley ns3 which I'm pretty sure is OE fluid. Cleared the code and drove it 25 miles to work with no issues thus far. Thank you all.
Nissan extended the CVT warranty on these to 7 years/84,000 whichever comes first but unfortunately neither helps me here. I've driven numerous nissans to over 100,000 miles with no issues till this one. I'm devastated to say the least.
Driving the wife's 16 rogue home from the playground with my son the vehicle started revving high and not accelerating like normal. Kind of shutters as well. It's driveable but just barely. P0841 is the only code showing. Reads something about section A of transmission/CVT fluid sensor. I've...
Pretty sure that's the same tire as the walmart exclusive dextero dat1. I worked at an ACC for 9 years and never saw one take a ton of weight or come in with a tire defect. Most of the dexteros were made in South Carolina.
The new 9018, 9972, and 10358 supertech filters are wire backed and $2.97. Up until a week ago those filters were only available in the "MP" supertech line and were not wire backed.
The MP line is being phased out and more options in the 10,000 mile supertech filters are being added. That core filter is what the shop uses for oil changes, should be out in the bay.
I have to stretch out upside down in the passenger seat with the blood running to my head to change the CAF in my Rogue and Altima.. horrible design and like previously stated it destroys the old and new (if not careful) installing. I bought supertechs last time. Now knowing how horrible to...
Walmart for most everything. Piggly Wiggly and Johnsons Giant Foods for meats. Local chains I believe? We've recently had many Publix open up around my area and the price difference is astounding for a poor man like myself.
My walmart has the warranty policy posted above the battery rack. Warrantied from original purchase date, does not start over after exchange. They use serial numbers for this purpose. Not just the date code on top of battery.
Almost all equinox of that vintage come in for an oil change at my shop with no oil on the stick and no leaks... ecotec I presume. Lucas is not the problem.
