Yes. thanks. car is reliable. but it's an old car afterall, and we'll be taking a risk of unexpected repair. I can get it inspected in Jan, 2025 while in NYS (sticker due in July), so won't have to worry about stickers/inspections in CA.

well. looked. carefully. there is no room to add anything on the rear passenger side, there is a muffler there. It's possibility to add a hook to the rear driver side. I can cut a slot in the splash shield.

The US build Camrys don't have that feature... it is a feature on Japan built camrys. The emergency tool kit does not include the eyelet that screws into front bumper. The rear tow hook I checked, it is for Japan build camry as well, but don't know if it will fit, will investigate further.

I have 4 torque wrenches from HF. They are 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 in drives for certain range of torque values. The 3/8 and 1/2 got most uses. Occasionally 1/4 one. @atikovi what scan tool for battery life? I have a obdlink mx+, it can read IDs, pressure, temperature etc but no battery.
