If money is not a worry HPL, Amsoil, Redline would be my choices.

The varnished Forester pics will be posted by year end with clean up results. That thing gets two 5k oil changes per year and is all short tripped. A little spoiler is regular QS synthetic was not up to the task and caused the deposits.

I’ve always respected this view point. But for me I can get flow and high efficiency(best of both worlds) for under $10. Cleaner oil is always better. Will it matter in the long run????

I’m sure it’s the lab but maybe double check before sending results to customers. It’s an extra time consuming step for them which stinks.

Here are the approvals and specs. Meets or exceeds SP engine test requirements. It all depends how honest your dealer is. So only they can answer warranty questions.
