    Changing oil type based on season

    I know there are many Canadians on this board and I myself am Minnesotan, so we obviously get colder weather in the winter and actually quite hot in the summer I have been curious about the idea of running a different weight oil during hotter/colder periods and if anyone has done this or if it...

    I like the CS3's as well...sitting at 58 a piece now...if I can find those on sale, the snow traction is also a factor when living in Minnesota...

    03 Civic tires

    Greetings, I am new around here and looking for some advice about tires for my car. I drive a 2003 Honda Civic with 200k miles on it. It is a daily commuter and I do not plan on it lasting more than a couple more years, just soaking up the benefits of the good mileage for the time being. That...

    Quaker State Fikter

    I see quite polarizing views on Fram filters around here...lovers and haters...why is that so?

    That is good to know. Glad I asked about the ADBV, this is valuable information given that my filter mounts on the side as well. Thanks bullwinkle!

    New user--->2003 Civic Oil

    How far can I push the OCI? If I did every 3k, I would be changing my oil every 5 or 6 weeks...which I don't mind doing but it gets spendy.

    What sort of OCI are you getting with Quaker State and the OEM filter?

    New user--->2003 Civic Oil

    Good deal, thank you everyone. The car does not burn any oil or have any leaks, I will stick with what I am doing. Could someone enlighten me a little more on the coolant/tranny situation. What can I be doing to stay on top of them?
