    Reminded me of my young years in the 60's cleaning and re-oiling oil bath air filters on larger gas trucks. Those drive wheels wouldn't go far in an Illinois farm field.

    Rare Earth metal spark plugs DO NOT work in waste spark systems (ask me how I know). Use only copper or dual platinum copper plugs. Iridium plugs lasted only six months in my waste spark ignition vehicles.

    Like other have said, M1 Euro 0w-40. M1 ESP 0w-30 (or 5w-30) would be another good choice. A later Mopar TSB changed the grade recommendation for your engine from 10w-30 to 5w-30.

    TDC to do both valves. You can get the B&S PDF manual online for the clearances. If not, .005" for intake and exhaust should suffice.

    I used to get it at WM. About a year ago they dropped it from the store shelves. Still could be ordered on-line). Next time I need xw-40 (Oct 2024) I moved to M1 0w-40.

    That's the older version of QS 5w-40. When it went to API SP the dropped the UD part.

    Moly is super stuff and should be used on everything that needs grease.
