On your MAF. One of the sensors is naturally darker than the other. They both look contaminated. Have any of the O2 sensors been changed? You should be on your third set by now. O2 sensors have a habit of getting "lazy" as they age.

The best oil I've found to use in my 05 3.0l is M1 Euro 0w-40. Original owner with 110k miles and used all makes and grades of oil.

Sort of. I searched the F-150 forums and it was a common problem when not using Ford Type F.

Euro 0w-40. I say that because my Ranger's oil cap says 5w-20 but the previous 10+ years for the 3.0L it was 5w-30. So I went up a grade!

When I purchased my F150 I changed all the fluids. Before knowing the PS took Ford Type F, I put Mercon ATF fluid just like what my Ranger took. Within six months the PS pump locked up. Now I pay greater attention to what the owners manual says in my F150 and the Dodge Van.

There is more to just cleaning the EGR. Being a '99 there is possibly a solenoid and/or vacuum and temperature monitor to control the EGR. The engine computer monitors and controls the EGR.

Not really. He shows how the factory covers got it right. I'm not familiar with your cover but it would be an interesting eye opener for you to watch his videos on aftermarket diff covers. It's, at least, a three part series.

You should go to Banks Power on you tube and watch all his videos on his testing after market diff covers and why they are a bad idea.

You are partially correct. The skill of the photographer makes the photograph but the lens is far more important than the body.

Good choice! I'm not familiar with Pentax. Is it full frame? My choice would be 35mm to 135mm equivalent since I shoot with an APSC sensor. I like shooting with 20mm, 35mm and 50mm equivalent primes. When not sure what I'm shooting for the day, I'll take a short zoom.
