CEOs: AI Will Wipe Out Some Jobs

California is a big state, we have a lotta people. There is a big gap between the rich and others, no doubt. Personally I have had a minimum gift goal of $10K per year; the last couple have been doozeys. It would not be good to list them because of the value. My point to you is, you have stated...

CEOs: AI Will Wipe Out Some Jobs

I support schoolwork with the necessary tools and have tutored in math over the years. It's amazing to see the lights go on especially when the kid has been struggling. I take my grand nieces to the local colleges; the Community Colleges are simply amazing and are tuition free for students. Of...

CEOs: AI Will Wipe Out Some Jobs

73, OK. Good. I don't even know anywhere near that many young people. All the young people I know are working and in school. I support their efforts. So, what are you doing to help those 73 able bodied young people? And how do you know so many like that? How many do you know that are working...

Transmission fill plug won't come off! Subaru CVT

Not sure if this is similar to your car... I would try a Knipex Cobra pliers on it. They worked for me on the Camry drain plug that I damaged. Those things can bite! Good luck.

New Tesla Model YL unveiled in China

I have to believe Tesla is gonna make some of the recent Juniper owners mad, because the real 3rd row would have been a better fit. And I'm sure some prospective buyers will wait for the longer car to be available here. I bet it sells well.

Question concerning accurate cvt fluid measurements

Of course replacing what you drained, whether by weight or volume, assumes the prior fill was correct. I just bite the bullet and follow the procedure. I do use a cheapo temp gun to read the temperature... And level? Well, close works for me. Just follow the procedure as best as you can and be...

    Yesterday at the DMV

I feel your pain! One of the few good things about COVID was the CA DMV enabled just about everything online. Sooooo much better. You probably know we have a lotta cars and a lotta drivers...

New Tesla Model YL unveiled in China

Giga Berlin primarily uses NMC 4680 batteries for the Model Y. While Tesla also uses BYD LFP for some vehicles, particularly in the standard range models, Giga Berlin is focused on the NMC 4680 cells for the Model Y. They use some in China, but mostly CATL.

Our Asian families in Silicon Valley are the same way. I admire them for the way they respect and care for their elders.

Does Size Matter? Engine Displacement….How Low Can They Go?

I think the 36 horse had more torque than the 40 horse... The engine used an oil strainer that you cleaned with every oil change. External filters came later from the aftermarket. The center oil plug drained the oil and the 6 nuts held the strainer.

New Tesla Model YL unveiled in China

I prefer the sedans as well; I am not much of a SUV guy anyways. Have you driven the Juniper? The refreshed are far better vehicles. Regarding price, Tesla focuses on "building the machine that builds the machine", or optimizing a company's production system and manufacturing processes...

CEOs: AI Will Wipe Out Some Jobs

Education has been the benefactor of the computer and Internet. I learned most of my database and programming background on my own. AI is a natural progression. IMO, the real beauty is we can learn at our own speed and go in our own direction to get to a good place. The government has funded...
