HELP!! Need something/someone to help organize my home shop

Hardly. I was a product line manager responsible for getting military aircraft parts out on schedule that were essentially handmade and could document the difference between organized and disorganized workers. When we did the 5S project we did work flow charts and rearranged our work area for...

HELP!! Need something/someone to help organize my home shop

@burbguy82 ,Respectfully don’t agree. Sure there are neat freaks like you described. To say they don’t get things done is a bit much. At the other end there’s a point where clutter and disorganization hurts productivity no matter what one wants to think. Trying to find tools and a clear...

If you don't change this there's no need to waste the hours it will take to sort and organize your war zone. BTW you have a clamp problem.;)

    Pennzoil conventional oil still available

That doesn’t explain why 10W-30 and 10W-40 don’t say syn blend on the bottle but 5W-30 does. Might it be true?

    Pennzoil conventional oil still available

I contacted Pennzoil and confirmed that the 10w-30 and 10W-30HM are conventional. Also the 10w-40. PYB 10w-30HM dries up a RMS seep in the Jeep. Supertech FS 10W-30HM made the seep come back in 1000 miles. Dumped the ST at 1500 and put the Pennzoil back in, almost dried up again.

HELP!! Need something/someone to help organize my home shop

You guys affirming that’s okay aren’t helping. I’ve had 2 garage rules: 1. Tools put away at the end of the day no matter how far along the project is. 2. 2 cars will go in 2 car garage. lol We did the 5S process at work mentioned earlier. It worked look it up. Thing is there has to be...

Lucid Air Gravity- Closing Gap W/ Ice

You're retired brother. 10 minutes tops front to back to fill up is a huge time waster in your week? If you choose to wait in line at Costco to save a few bucks it's your choice. Have you calc'd the cost per mile on you first Tesla all things considered? Did it make economic sense? Today I...

Here's the video that Yvan Lacroix made while visiting my garage.

Nice that you got to meet him in person, obviously you hold him in high regard. Your first post got me mildly interested in DIY to up my unsophisticated detailing. I’ve watched half a dozen DIY videos and can’t warm to their smart guy-dumb guy routine and they keep sending mixed messages about...

    Whats so great about Jeeps?

Sounds like me. I want to ask the owner what his Jeep is mad about, mine makes me smile when I drive it. The duck thing is today’s equivalent of the baby-on-board signs IMO. Suburban female thing. @MCompact how has the 4XE been? How many miles and any problems?

    Whats so great about Jeeps?

My daily driver. 2002 TJ 4.0 5spd with 4” lift and 33” tires 127k miles. It was un-drivable when we got it 2 years ago due to worn out junk lift parts and improper steering and driveline angles. Replaced everything needed in the garage and had help from a Jeep guru setting it up. Will run at...
