Around the track im usually around 116 to 126 oil temp. on the street i never see above 104

Motor has about 7000kms this oil has about 4000kms on it. Amsoil Series 2000 20W50 which is now discontinued. A little worried about the viscosity if i go past 4000kms now though. Should i be? GTI VR6 OIL ANALYSIS
