Seems like a lot of people on here with 4.0s like to run a little thicker oil. Rotella 5w40 may be a good choice. Seen plenty of good UOA's with havoline 10w30
1800 bucks for a upper intake gasket? That can't be right, it's only about 2-3 hours labor. Lower intake on a 4.3 is around 5 hours labor. What were they charging like 125/hour?
