I was just a test dummy. I trust Amsoil to make good products. My truck and driving style just doesn’t fit with this oil, and that’s okay. It’ll be great for some applications I’m sure.

Welp here’s my 2nd and final run of Amsoil synblend 0w20 using an acdelco pf63 filter. 5,196 miles on this sample. Thanks @Pablo Went in/ back on Mobil 1 5w30 with another pf63.

Yep the Sierra is me. I have no complaints so far with said oil.

I’ve been looking into aftermarket filters, but with all of these issues with Fram, and Purolator I think I’m gonna just stay with Acdelco. I get them for less than $6. I need to cut one open and do the flashlight test on one.
