    GM 3.6 intake valve clean

I tried CRC intake cleaner, doesn't seem to do much, I cant really fit anything in there to clean other than a rag. I'm trying a FP60 soak to see if that makes a difference.

    GM 3.6 intake valve clean

I'm changing the spark plugs on my 2011 Enclave, which requires removing the upper intake manifold. While in there you can see the intake valves, which are quite dirty. Any recommendations for cleaning them?

Energy Conserving oil for Saab 9-3.

I recently purchased a 2003 9-3 (2.0T) with 170k miles. It has been well maintained and looks like it got M1 0w40 for most of it's life. I'm comfortable using M1 0w40 which is one of the few available oils that meets gm-ll-a-025, but it's not labeled as energy conserving. I'd like to maximize my...

fluid change questions - 80's Gm content inside

I have always changed the ATF, even on cars with over 200,000 miles and not had a problem. Make sure to flush/drain the cooler lines and change the filter. I still have not seen any evidence or logic to back up this idea that new fluid would harm a transmission.

Printer or scanner with Ubuntu 11.10

HP has been releasing Linux drivers for years. Other brands are hit and miss. Even hardcore HP haters I know use HP printers. They have a great online ink ordering site, and contrary to popular belief the prices are reasonable.

    Grill decisions

Our old cheapo is rusting bad and the burner covers have holes. I'm thinking of stainless steel, any problems with that? What do you guys think about infrared. Uses less gas, has more heat, or just a gimmick?
