    Michelin CrossClimate2 wear concerns

I'm running the CrossClimate 2 on my Lexus RX350. Got 60k out of the first set of CC2's on the same vehicle. No issues with outer tread wear on either set. I do run them 2 lbs. over Lexus recommended pressure at 35psi.

    3-Row SUV for Midlife Crisis

Have you checked out the highest trim level of the Toyota Grand Highlander. Basically the same vehicle as the Lexus TX500 without the Lexus level of luxury. I don't know if the highest level Toyota interior trim gets close to Lexus level. Also, have you checked out the highest trim Toyota Sequoia?

    Most reliable used simple/basic vehicle

Ford Focus has a terrible reputation due to the auto transmission. Find a manual, benefit from low price due to reputation, Win! I had a 2013 Focus, bought in 2015. Daughter drove it until 2021. It was a great car, no big issues and got a decent amount when I sold it. I highly recommend a...

    Parenting concerns

My first thought was, "no, you can't assume that a 13 year old knows anything". It seems like common sense to you and I that a 13 year old would know he has to back off physically when playing sports with a 7 year old girl, but, unfortunately that's not true. I think that the barrage of media...

Looking for a car for my 16yr old

Two of my 3 kids got into accidents their first couple of years driving. One was a fairly hard impact, thankfully no one was hurt. I'd recommend a big vehicle for protection and something cheap/old so that you can shrug off any little fender benders...

Options to repair or replace windshield

Can't stress enough ASAP. You think you have time to get it repaired, then you wake up one morning and it has suddenly spread into a large crack necessitating an expensive replacement. I've used Safelight for this type of repair several times. Great results.

Looking for 110vac tire inflator that doesn’t suck

Project farm did a review. If you don't need the cigarette lighter 12v cord along with the 110v I'd go for the Home Depot Husky. Review is 4 years old:

Oil for new CanAm Spyder ?

The Shell web site for Rotella T6 sure seems to target motorcycle owners, as many of the reviews they chose to publish are motorcycle owner based. https://rotella.shell.com/en_us/products/full-synthetic-oil/t6-full-synthetic.html

Thinking of buying a used Tundra near Phoenix. Need mechanic recommendation

Hi All, I'm thinking of purchasing a 2008-2010 range Toyota Tundra pickup in the Phoenix Arizona area. Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the area to inspect the vehicle for me? Thanks.

Things you grew up eating as a kid - not much seen anymore

Jiffy Pop popcorn- prepackaged tinfoil container you heated on the stovetop Tongue sausage lunchmeat Tuna Rice casserole- thank goodness we don't see that anymore. The only thing my mom made that I couldn't stand. Warm tuna, yuck!

    Attached to older car

Living in Michigan with heavily salted roads I haven't become too attached to any cars except my 2001 Miata which didn't see any winter driving until it's last 2 years. I did however LOVE having several mini-vans over a 30 period while raising kids! The practicality can not be overstated. From...
