I use BreakFree; Clenzoil; Amsoil & Ballistol. I’ve considered Avid gun care products, not bought any yet.

Completely unacceptable. I loathe louvers and will avoid filters with them if humanly possible.

Does anyone know the acceptable viscosity range of a 20w-50 oil?

I am pleased with the service with Oil Analyzers, I had my report in about 48 hours after they received it. On the Street Bob, it took Blackstone 3 weeks for my report, wasn’t thrilled with that at all. Oil Analyzers cost was about $28; Blackstone was $45.

Viscosity was 15.65 at 100c, still in grade, but barely.

The only reason I changed it out at 1,000 miles was the time oil was in service, 17 months. We are told to change out 12 months, not certain if that really needs to be followed after seeing this report at 17months.
