I have a 4x6, used 3/4 plywood and had the wood sprayed with bedliner on all sides before installing it. Its holding up great in the Florida sun and rain. I have the expaned metal under it so that helps carry the weight. You might have to use thicker.

I would say cant go wrong with Mobil 1. However I just put Royal Purple in my 09 Charger. Dont feel or hear any difference. Im confident the RP or Mobil will be just fine for me. I tow about 600lbs.

Ive got a 09 Hemi and love it. Just turned 97k with no problems. Rented a 2012 V6 5spd auto to drive from Fl to Tx and back. Got 30+ mpg no problem and drove every bit as nice as the Hemi. My brother bought a 13 300 V6 8 spd and it is awesome.

Are they blinking at full brightness or dim? If dim check grounds again. If full I would check the tow vehicle plug is putting out proper signal with a test light.

That is correct. I had a 2006 Mega Cab and it called for 5-30. Loved the truck but the a/c could not keep up with the Florida heat.
