Does anyone know if Mobil 1 0w30 is a heavy or light 30 weight?

Sounds as if I can get screwed at the dealership for a bulk oil change when i can do a synthetic myself for about 30 bucks. Ive decided it will have either M1 0w30 or a 5w30. As for the 2005-06 2tr engine called for 5w30.
