    2016 RRS SDV8 4.4L Diesel. quad cam, VVT with sequential turbo. ZF 8speed Auto. 250KW and 750Nm straight out of the box... GTW of 6.1T. Effortless.

    Its difficult in the bus ;) .. you can see why they used them, only really injector lines above valve cover height... mine has orange rocker covers??

    The engine is totally dry, nice red block! no coolant stains either, I dont think its been abused at all..

    Thanks Jim,, we will be living in it traveling around Australia so maybe a change of fluid is a good idea.. I wonder if Spicer have a help line???

    -- Japan Isuzu built lots of domestic buses.. like the Super Cruiser P-LV719R. One ( actually there are 3 in Aus) of these was imported to Australia and converted to a motorhome. It has a V10 19L Na engine. I would like to start fresh and do an oil change but have no idea what spec oil to use...

    C1 5w-30?

    I have a 2016 Range Rover Sport with the 4.4l diesel. The book says C1-5w-30,,, I tow a 3T van, (and with the car thats over 6T!) full time around Australia.. Sump oil temp is around 117deg C I'd settle for a 5W-40 but that C1 makes it difficult, yes it has a DPF... can anyone offer an alternative?
