I just use a bit of VP Madditive octane booster. It has a lead subsitute plus it give me a little octane. I don't run the car hard so it's pretty much as good as I'm gonna get. I've been looking for a source of 100LL avgas but haven't found one yet.

That's because Petro bought out the old Sunoco stations which were only in Ontario (there may have been some in the West as well but not sure). Somehow they kept that line of fuel running. But over here in the Maritimes, the highest you can get is 91 unfortunately.

Ahh, that's good to know. I mean, it's a little pricey but not too bad all things considered. Thanks for that.

Negative. 91 is the best I can get around here unfortunately.

I always thought that if you had only used regular oil for decades that if you switched to synthetic that you're likely to start getting some oil leaks.
