He was asking 7 said lowest he would take is 6k. His price is about what everyone else is asking if not more. It’s craziness out here! But they seem to be selling for these prices as well.
Not sure where you live but $3500 isn’t getting you a decent running driving truck especially not a 4x4 around here. All of these prices are pretty much standard around here. They aren’t out of line with our current market.
I am very torn on which route to go and figured I’d ask for guidance
2000 Silverado 194k minimal rust rockers are still pretty solid no rust holes etc. minor damage to the front grille (cracked). Spot on front fender that is rusty about the side of my thumb. Rear bumper has some rust to...
Yeah who knows. It’ll be a good truck for their aunt. Fix the few things and it’ll be a good truck. But I could of had a 1,000 or more in repairs to get it “right” then numbers just didn’t make sense to me.
I didn’t really listen per se, I did ask but I asked because I questioned it. With holes big enough for my fist on both lower cab corners non working A/C messed up mode door (actuator worked) but door didn’t move properly, cracked dash and some fluid leaks and a 305 v8 it didn’t seem like a very...
They sold it this evening for $5500 I did offer 4500 but they let me know someone offered 5500 and they were going to pick it up tomorrow. Truck prices are crazy!
I unfortunately am realizing that those prices around me get you rusted out worn out junk. We are in a rural area where trucks are a popular buy and yeah I recently sold a 91 dodge d150 that was Far from perfect for 4,000 this truck is quite a bit better than it was.
I think you’re 100% right! Super nice people but they aren’t to sure what they’re doing. They also just lost their husband and are emotional about it I’m sure.
When I told her the A/C didn’t work she seemed surprised but totally unaware. She asked me to point out everything I saw so she knew...
They were pretty clean. The whole underneath of the truck was pretty clean. Rust on the cab corners on the extended cab was about the only rust I saw.surface rust on frame and axle etc but nothing major or alarming.
I went and looked at this truck, super nice people. The husband passed away and they’re selling the truck he has taken care of it! I’m going to list the faults I saw but none of it was a huge deal.
Rust on both cab corners . The only place I saw rust.
Power steering line leaks a little bit
Oil...
Considering doing this with the only difference being a fan installed on the top blowing straight down onto the compressor. Would I need more than just the fan or do you think the fan is enough?
