Good move on your part. You will want to lubricate the teeth on the new gear with white lithium grease as was done at the factory when the garage door opener was built. If you purchased the gear "kit", it should include a small tube of grease.
Coming from someone who has owned, installed and repaired ~8 Chamberlain/Liftmaster/Sears/Craftsman garage door openers during the past 40 years, I would advise you to keep the existing unit if it is functioning properly. Some of the new Chamberlain units have two inherent electronic circuit...
Unlike 4WD trucks, there is no "PTU" on Hondas. The RealTime AWD uses the Dual Pump technology; hence you need to change the rear differential with Dual Pump II fluid and the CVT with HCF-2 fluid. There are no compatible aftermarket fluids...just buy a few quarts from your local Honda dealer...
I also just received the same rejection email. It is all BS and a scam. The program runs from May 1 thru August 31, 2026. My receipt was dated June 4, 2026.
I suggest taking a 30 second video of the latest malfunction on your phone as evidence in the event the problem resolves itself before you can get it back to the dealership.
I would suggest that you install the U-shaped rubber gasket between the tank and bowl. I removed a similar A/S toilet when I remodeled several years ago and the U-shaped gasket was present when I disassembled it. If nothing else, it will keep the bolts from moving upward when lowering the tank...
Both of the drain plugs have a protruding magnetic tip as shown at the 3 min. mark in the first video. That has been a standard Honda design since the early 90's.
The Dual Pump fluid for the rear differential and the CVT fluid should be changed every every 30,000 to 50,000 miles based upon severe duty or normal duty service. At 155,000 miles, you are way, way, way overdue.
