si sposed to be comming from a gasket change last year, RTV was used on the sump coverplate & a little on the Rocker cover as per Nissan FSM Oil had been in the engine about six months & covered 3,300 miles.

I Use Michelin Pilot Primacys my self ..... I like em cos they stop ya in the wet & ya can go real fast round corners in teh dry .........

I Use semi Syn Dexron III me-self, Dunno who makes it ...... China man in the back of laundry for all I care

I laffed my boobies off when I 1st heared that 3K oil changes were the norm in the US, mind you the damd stuff is so cheap over there why not ? 6K has been the norm in euroland fer eons..... Gawd knows bout extended intervals .... Sounds a bit ifi to moi

Lets say I have a car on permanent display...... It gets a oil change ..... Umm say Mobil1 0W30 (& a filter) .... Gets driven to its display point ..... 50 feet away....... & lets say that every 2 months it gets to go on a 10 miles trip before being returned to its stand for another two months...

Well considering the huge cost in gasoline here I can't see a impromptu trip to France happening.... So I'm back to teh shipping issue.... Oil is heavy

Ya only get two flavours here ..... Complete axle or replacement CV ..... I've never had teh bearing outta one to change em .......

My Amsoil dude assured me it would be up to the job..... Time will tell. To be honest the old CV's were OK but the boots were shot....... I bought a pair of patern cv's & boots for the price of some oem boots...... So I just swapped the lot out. I have used this companies stuff before & its fine
