Changed the original PCV valve on my uncles highly neglected 2014 GMC 1500 with the 4.3 DI

Its been using 1 to 2 quarts between changes, I said why not try the PCV valve. I replaced it with an AcDelco one, this one still rattled but looks gunked up.

Hot and humid Louisiana gulf coast here. Id run any 15W40 or 15W50 and call it a day. In the Vanguard V twin in my moms whole house natural gas 20kw, I run the Vanguard 15W50, changed yearly unless theres a hurricane, then every 100 hrs in that case.
Found the issue, this seal on the front of the pump is bad. Do yall recommend a new pump or attempting to rebuild this one? No doubt it got oil water contamination.
Simpson 3000 psi pressure washer, I notice after shutting it off that it leaks from behind the pump, grayish watery mixture. Is this the seal between the engine/pump? Is it fixable? Thanks for any info
