    Justice Brother's Oil Treatment.......

Well, It's a bit thick, but not dreadfully so. It does not smell of solvents (like MMO or Rislone)... and it does keep a film on the can once you've poured it. The silly car has been running like a top lately, and there's been no weird noises as of late. Starts right up, runs ok, good mileage...

What has been your best Fuel System Cleaner?

It's interesting how some things make your drive feel better... or you have better acceleration. I'm a trip odometer junkie... monitoring how many miles out of each tank I get.... When I see under 300mi per tank, I know there's something wrong /w/ the car.. 315mi is normal. 335mi was what the...

    Hercules Tires Anyone?

Amalie Oil....... good stuff so far!

Boy, I'd love to have prices like that around here! Oil here is pretty stinking expensive. Most Auto parts stores have it for 3.50 to 4.50 a qt. I pay 3$ a qt. and feel like I didn't get hosed.

What oil in your Mower and why?

Boy... I feel lame... I use Wolf's Head 30W on the flat heads or 10w30 in the OHV's... I'm a Kohler guy, and I've always had the motor outlast the machine it's mounted on.

    Justice Brother's Oil Treatment.......

Clickety Click goes the stupid pontiac 2.2 Ecotec... It's my Wife's car... I hate that thing. It's a nickel and dime eating hunk of metal. I have other cars with equi-miles (135K) and they havn't been so crummy. I've kept the maintenence on this car the same as with all of mine... Mine have been...

    For all seafoam skeptics

Seafoam is definately a crud cutter..... It's a strong cleaner, and makes a good motor flush. Using it on a high mile crudded up car in the oil is ok for a few hundred miles before a change... I would feel safer with MMO in my oil as a leave-in cleaner. Seafoam, or Gunk High Mileage Engine...

    value craft

The Champ labs filters have been easy to spot... AA's house brand "Total Grip" was one of my favs for a long time. I needed the big Ford filter... for a Crown Vic. The Wally World filter was the same one for a long time.. then one day it WASN'T. It got a half inch shorter, and the inside of the...

    Hercules Tires Anyone?

On my work car, it came with OEM Firestones... didn't like them at all. Got some BF Goodrich... one major blow out, and I wasn't impressed at all. After replacing the bent wheel.. thanks to the blow out... a local tire dealer had a great price on Hercules. The warranty looked fine, and they said...

What has been your best Fuel System Cleaner?

I don't want to bash Techron.. I'm trying to track down some more JB to try in the other cars and see if I get the same result I did with the first one. Justice Bros. customer support was really cool, I got an email back the next day. My local parts stores that once carried JB doesn't order it...

Amalie Oil....... good stuff so far!

Just my luck... I go through a case of this stuff every month working on 4-5 cars for myself and my family... the 2 cases I have out there don't have the double logo. DOH! I swear it was there... it really was... it had the Red Amalie logo right on the back... really, it did... Maybe the next...

    Hastings Filters......Havn't been disappointed yet

I remember when I started shopping at that store... I was a Purolator user and after learning the sad stories of Orange Frams and some lousy house brand filters, I've made a habit of taking every filter out of the box and looking it over before I buy it. If it feels too light, that's one red...

Amalie Oil....... good stuff so far!

The bottles in my Garage right now have the Fed logo on the front, and the Amalie logo on the back. And it says Made By Amalie right in the corner of the label. Shall I take a photo? I use Wolf's Head in a few of my Mowers that need HD 30.

What has been your best Fuel System Cleaner?

I used to use Gumout or whatever until my brother got me started on Techron. It worked pretty well, and I know it's popular. Recently a 125K mile car of mine was idling rough.. I tried a bottle of techron.. it helped some... next month, problem's back. Thought I'd try something else. Got some...

Amalie Oil....... good stuff so far!

Sorry... not trying to be a sponsor jerk. I've had the best success there.. and I'm a bit of a cheap skate, so I thrive on "house" brand stuff. Sorry if I offended. Can't speak for them nationwide, but in my region, it's the choice for price, and staff.
