for my own information Microguard select is 99% at 20 micron STP EL is at 99% at 20 micron Carquest Premium 99% at 20 micron @Z06 I will give this filter a try for the first time.

Hmm I think this news make me rethink about oil filter. STP XL is my next choice. I want try Carquest premium but I just Dont like buy a filter that some one had to pick for me. I like take my time open and I inspect a few box and pick the one look best the most, mostly the box not get any...

Only choice of oil filter if you shop at Walmart, beside lexus TOYOTA oil filter lol.

Its might be the best oil but I been using mobile 1 HM 5w30 or Mobil 1 EP HM for many years. I might go back just to make me feel better.

I like pennzoils but seem like oil let low on the dipstick more then any other oil.

Doing transmission fluid and filter change , 206k miles. Also swap in a dorman pan with drain plug. Car drive smooth.

This use to be the best budget high miles oil . I think it was under $15 for 5qt . It’s was my favore of all time until they remove the defy . Before Defy it was Slick50

Oil filter with holes or none at all. I can’t see myself checking Louvers type oil filter and make sure it’s open, too much stress .

FRAM air filter still fine . They are very good price and hard to pass up like oil filter lol .
