Buy a new wheel. Cast aluminum wheels are, practically speaking, not repairable. It can be done (by an expert, not Joe Q. Tigwelder) but it will cost you way too much money.

Tire Rack is an essential resource to the amateur racer, and Pete was a stand-up guy. I've bought thousands of tires from them, but I have my own mounting equipment too.

Junkyard or craigslist/local equivalent to craigslist. You should be able to get a set of factory takeoffs for less than $40 each, easy. Maybe a bit more if the tires on them are good.
