Existing rear upper control arms have a white dot in the middle, meaning they are updated ones then?

Will share pictures of the tires, it is making a sound on one side like you are crossing rumble strips for 20-30mph speed range?

Yes, car has over 200K and will check if rear control arms have 'C' stamped on them, suspecting it is a shock since it is prominent on one side. Can tire rotation be a reason or no?
