I would have done the same thing if they couldn't put me in another vehicle then and there. Yeah the company would come and get you but why disrupt a family vacation.

Update: I charged both batteries and put them on my small hand held blower(DeWalt) and after a minute it just quit. Would turn back on and then quit again. Junk....they are going back. Both batteries. All those good reviews must be fake.

Thanks. It's not on my size. I think I'm going to order them. Need to find out how much mounting is going to be. I was waiting for Costco's sale to change to Michelin where it's $80 off but I may go with these.

Probably cost as trucks need a lot of oil…gallons. That and the fact that semi synthetics have been shown to hold up well via years of use.

Lucky you. My 15 MB ML was supposed to have it but doesn’t. I lucked out also. But my 14 E350 has it.

I was 9 in 1957. My dad bought a brand new 57 Chevy in that copper color. It was beautiful. In the mid 60’s McDonalds opened in Richmond Va. It was one of the high school cruise thru s along with Shoneys and Bill’s Barbecue.

It’s ironic that the boomer generation grew up on home cooked meals. You don’t see many fat people in their teen years. Then along came McDonald’s et al. And then both parents working and the need for “quick and easy “.

I ordered 2 jugs of oil from Walmart and the box arrived with leaking oil. Two jugs were just lying on their side. One jug had a crushed corner on the bottom. It was barely seeping. Put it on a tower in the garage. Luckily I had an upcoming oil change. If it had been worse I would have reported it.

When these cars came into being, I was in high school. I am an early boomer. Everybody I ran around with in high school is gone. So you may be right about 10 more years until few people really want them.
