Long time Amsoil user here. In your position I'd sample the Amsoil at 10k (leaving it in), and extend further based on UOA. Be certain to use a filter rated for 20k though...unless checking as suggested above.

Many have closed louvers from the factory, so aren't actually doing any filtering. At least check them prior to install....
