2019 Mazda Signature Turbo. Car had 92k km on it.. oil and Filter has 8k on them. Out: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30 and OE Mazda filter. In:Same thing!

Hands down my friend's Suzuki Grand Vitara with the 2.4l engine. The filter is hidden well under the hot AF exhaust manifold with almost no access for tools as there are a myriad of steering joints and hoses in your way.. Twice i attempted to change the oil in that thing.. Twice i ended up...

At that low of a ratio, better not to put any oil anyway.. 400:1 seemed like a sweet spot in that car but it's not seen any action in a long time.

This! That's the reason why i follow the maintenance minder with the Civic (old, proven K24 and almost no oil dilution) and why i run 0w20, not 0w16, and absolutely wont go to the recomended 16k km ever with the Prius. An absolute fuel dilution monster.. Might even try 5w30 during summer..

32k.. hard pass! Oil is cheap, engines aren't...
