Will LubeControl ever produce FP60, LC20, and FP3000 again?

I found a Twitter (x) page for them. The last post was in 2017 and the website link is dead. I liked the FP60 too. It was good stuff.

Did a piston soak on the 18 Kia 2.4L this weekend

I ended up doing a second piston soak on hers at the last oil change. The oil usage was better than before, but still slowly creeping up. This time I put in VRP and we’ll see if that helps. I left town last Monday and checked before I left, still full. I’ll check again Saturday when I get home...

What brakes do you guys use?

I guess I’m in the minority with the Element3 pads. I have them on 3 of our vehicles, and so far I’m happy with them. Time will tell I guess?

Needing new shocks/struts on the Silverado

I’m leaning towards them too. I had them on my old Frontier and really liked them a lot. .

Needing new shocks/struts on the Silverado

I’m starting to bounce on the factory Ranchos quite a bit. I’ve narrowed it down to either the Bilstein 4600 or the Rancho RS5000X. I can get the Rancho struts in a factory ride height fully assembled front strut, which would make swapping them out so much easier. Are there any issues with the...

Black trim scratched, can I make less noticeable?

I hit something tall a while back. Luckily it only scraped the black trim. Asking the experts, is there a way to at least make this less noticeable? I’ve read where people use heat guns, etc. Just wanted to ask some experts if it’s even worth trying to fix or will it just make it worse?

    Facebook oil experts lol

I posted on a Facebook group for Silverados and Sierras that I went with a 5W-30 over the 0W-20. Basically to let people know that it’s quieter and bumped my hot oil pressure up from 18psi to 22psi. There are a lot of people asking on there about what oil to run, and I just wanted to give some...

    OEM Sticker Residue

The rubber eraser wheel works great. Just go slow on the drill speed and keep it moving. Removed all the glue when I took the emblems off my tailgate.

RockAuto order - very satisfied with packaging!

Or just slap a label on the original packaging. No bag or box at all. The last ACDelco cabin filter I bought were that way. Just sitting there on my porch LOL

Auto parts cant take used oils because it mixed with water.

Growing up we always dumped it at the base of wooden fence posts around the pasture. My dad said it preserved the wood??? LOL

    which budget 9mm handgun?

I’ve been very pleased with my Taurus GX4. It’s been rock solid, just as reliable as my Glocks and S&W pistols. I was apprehensive at first, but it really impressed me.
