Just wondering for transporting used oil. Has anyone ever measured how much oil the 5 qt. jugs hold when filled up to the start of the cap? The markings for 5 Quarts start right at the top of the handle. I have some used oil I need to transport and wondering if I can pull it off with a couple of...
Hey guys, I have a new 2015 Sonata SE with the 2.4L GDI and I'm coming up on the first oil change. I already installed a catch can in the PCV line that has been collecting a good amount of oil, but I still want to take all precautions with the GDI. I'll probably stick with QS Ultimate Durability...

Thanks.
It is.
Excellent, thank you. I'm going to check a couple of stores for it before I order online.

And if you're only going to be putting on maybe 1,000-1,500 miles per season then you could easily extend your oil...
Hey guys, just looking for some opinions here for my '86 Thunderbird with a standard output 302. I bought it a few months ago with about 40,500 original miles on it. All tune-up items and filters have been changed and it runs great. It has no leaks that I can see, other than built up crud where...

Oil meeting the VW specs. is available on the shelf, I was just wondering what was put in from the...
Cool, interesting. I always hear about German Castrol but where does everyone buy it? I've never seen it in my region in person and I'm certainly not paying $10 shipping for 1 quart. Lol
Hey guys, I just picked up a 2013 Jetta S as a lease. Maintenance is all covered, but does anyone know what the factory fill is for VW? I know it's a synthetic and the oil cap mentions how VW recommends Castrol. The reason I ask is that I want to have an extra quart on hand to top off if the car...
I actually made a thread not long ago about how NextGen Maxlife quieted down the valvetrain in a 2000 Civic. I would definitely give it some time but I'd be surprised if it still ends up being noisier than before.
