I'm not a member either but a relative has a member in their family. So, it will be somewhat inconvenient as I would have to ask them to buy it (and bring the one in my car to get the core charge back). I don't know if it's worth it but here, it's a cheaper battery than the Walmart Everstart...

Interesting, thanks for your thoughts. I don't think JCI makes these batteries anymore - either brand. I believe the Walmart batteries are made by Exide now. At least, in Canada. It might be the same for Costco batteries (at least, Kirkland) but I'm not sure. Kirkland auto batteries are, AFAIK...

Didn't someone on here post a chart comparing the contents of the fluids - Idemitsu, Max Life and DW-1 were in the comparison. I am not sure what to make of the results but Idemitsu and DW-1 weren't identical.

It seems to be shifting fine. I read that you shouldn't use anything other than DW-1.
