I have always used the motorcycle oil filters, I really don't know if there is a difference but why take a chance. On my BMW I have always used the Mahle filters that were made for my bike.
I just went in my garage and looked at 3 Motorcraft 910S filters that I had cut open and pounding on the end caps with a small hammer did not loosen any of them.
I had a 2018 Tucson with the 1.6 turbo and the manual said to use 5W-30. Hyundai gives you a few options on what weight oil to use. I always used synthetic 5W-30 SP oil and I don't think you can go wrong with that.

I have always used the Hyundai OEM filters on my Hyundai even cut a few open and they always look really well made. Silicone ADBV and the pleat spacing is always nice and even. No idea why some people don't like them but they appear well made to me.
In my Hyundai Tucson 1.6 TGDI I used what ever 5W-30 synthetic oil was on sale always used the OEM filters and did 6 month OCI's. Car always ran great.
