    Does anyone remember these lights?

My cousin who was a painter had a 69 chevelle with that option and jerry rigged a prevail bottle on his chevelle. He put chlorox in the bottle and was able to do bleach burnouts with it As for the lights, my 88 and 90 Suburbans had that option under the hood.

Anyone have a current-generation Land Rover Defender?

No noise that I can hear, but if you go above 85mph you do get a little vibration. The tires are a little noisier than stock but I expected that. I put these tires on because I fish Quebec (road to Clova, Senneterre and other areas and hit a lot of logging roads and these are great after a...

Anyone have a current-generation Land Rover Defender?

Roofless, I read in a previous post that you were looking for 20 inch rims.. These are factory 20" rims on mine and I found a pic in my cell when I put 275/60/20 K03's on my truck last year. You might have to zoom in to see the fitment. No rubbing HTH

Here is my 2022 that I bought new. 58000 on it now and drove cross country a few times. Now sits at my other place in San Diego. Nothing ever replaced except for wipers and tires Forgot did have an IAC Valve replaced under warranty.

About 40 odd years ago I was in England and borrowed a Jag XJS. I got in and and kept stalling out thinking that the pattern on the gear shift was reversed and I was trying to start out in 3rd. Live and learn!!

    Is anyone still using wax?

Still use waxes on certain cars/colors. Usually wax on darker colors and sealant on lighter. I did my son's car last week, he left at my place while on vac and I used wax P21S , I think it turned out pretty good considerig the heat and my age. Its a 2018 with 90,000miles

Buy a meal at a fast food pay for tap water

@John105 When my wife got her Yukon Denali back in 2024 they tried the same thing. When I got to the dealer I wanted to go over the vehicle to check it out. Went through the glove box and console and no owners manual. I asked the salesman where it was and he gave me the same scenario. I knew...

Cigar Aficionados' of BITOG, what are you enjoying?

If you have a humidor, put it in there--I like to keep my cigars at 70 percent humidity. If no humidor try putting in a jar with a damp sponge for a while but don't let the sponge touch the cigar. It will take a while--a few weeks or longer. If that doesn't work and its still to dry or...
