Have several gallons of fuel I've stored about six months with some Stabil in it for my generator. Was thinking of using it up in the Mazda 2.5 turbo (which allows 87), is this a bad idea?

Where is it being stored? I think you should use something like Stabil if you are storing it long periods.

I bought a Macan S that a bouncy idle until very warmed up and I guess the ecu had a chance to adapt. Halfway through a Si-1 treatment it became 90% less bouncy. I never believe in miracle in a bottle but this stuff def does something.

Yeah, it seems like there's no solid evidence and maybe it varies per engine and oil contributes nothing? Maybe it's all just from combustion blow by.

Interesting, more reason to switch to a Motul 5w40? Not sure what the differences are between their 5w40 offerings. Maybe their "XCESS-Clean" might be better for my use?

Dealer maintained at OEM intervals. Car runs pretty smooth but there is a very subtle dribble at idle that is probably due to never having the intake valves cleaned. Did some spark plugs and I was curious so took a video with a boroscope on two of them. Curiously, I think you can kind of see a...
