Engine oil is a compromise for sure. The definition of BEST is extremely speculative as well. One of the things I like about LSJ, he gives you the data, but puts it on YOU to form the conclusion.

I bought a 24 Sport hybrid for the Mrs It had 33k I plan to use Valvoline Restore and Protect with a Microgard Select. I am planning a 3k oil change and will have the fuel dilution checked. if the dilution numbers are ok, I’ll move to a 5k OCI

Research the Motorcraft filter here, it’s a piece of junk I personally cut one open………crap quality Consider the MicroGard select for the new truck
