Hi, I have an older Toyota with a carbureted engine. I have heard that the current fuel additives available now might harm the gaskets in the carburetor. Is there a brand or type that would be safe for carburetors. Sorry if this question has come up before, but I couldn't find anything through...

I want a washable/reusable AF because I'm tired of spending $15-$25 on paper filters. There got to be a better way. If you know of one maybe you can enlighten all of us. If I could find a reusable oil filter I would do that too. Does that answer your question Steve? I like being thrifty.
