    Castrol Edge vs Valvoline EP.

I have a 2019 GMC Terrain SLE 1.5L Turbo which requires 0w20 oil. The first oil change I had done when I first purchased the car was Castrol Edge with Fluid Titanium Tech with a M1 M1-113-A filter. It performed okay with oil change at about 3,500mi. The second and most current was Castrol Edge...

    Cen-Pe-Co 0W-20 & 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil

From the information they sent to me, they were not interested in paying the “unnecessary” fee for the Dexos and/or other licensing. Their full name is Central Petroleum Company aka Cen-Pe-Co.

    Cen-Pe-Co 0W-20 & 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil

I agree with you 100%. I would not want to carry that liability. Have we determined which synthetic oil filter works best, in general? Fram Ultra, Wix Xp, Purolator Boss? I know there were some comments about the media separating, or tearing.

    Cen-Pe-Co 0W-20 & 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil

I like the idea of them, or at least the theory. Our fire department ran them as well as a few members without any issues. A department mechanic started the transition many years ago. They also use it on the local school busses and a lot of truck and tractor pullers use them with excellent...

    Cen-Pe-Co 0W-20 & 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil

I agree, Cen-Pe-Co should come and talk about their products. I’d be interested in seeing some comparisons between them and Amsoil and maybe a few other products. I’m not promoting them, simply just here to learn. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Cen-Pe-Co 0W-20 & 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil

Hello All! I’ve been trying to decide the benefits of running Cen-Pe-Co Oils in my newer, everyday vehicles vs. actual Dexos/API certified/licensed products. I haven’t seen this information on the boards yet, so I reached out to the tech department of Cen-Pe-Co Oil. I asked if their 0W-20 and...
