Just had a response from Penrite Technical Support, they confirmed that it is the same product and that Vantage is only available through REPCO stores.

It was rebuilt, but about more than 10 years ago and I don't know anything about the build. The car was sitting in a shed when i got hold of it. I would say it is just stock clearances....the motor is in an old Toyota landcruiser.

I ended up getting the Shell Ultra 5w40 for the 2uz-fe, the Supercheap auto place I went to had run out of the penrite HPR 5. From what I'm reading the Shell Ultra 5w40 with GTL is pretty good. Thanks for all your help. Drew
