After 2500 miles and 5 months Shell Helix Ultra 5w30 A3/b4 + Mannol Ceramo ester + Wynn's Hydraulics lifter concentrate New oil add Total HKS G-310 5w30 + 5% ZDDP booster Midland. This oil have High Moly contain.

Previous oil was Shell ultra 5w30 a3/b4

Hello, I have Mustang 2006 around 150/160k miles I have a bottle of Total HKS 310 5/30 Oil spec are A5 , SL / Kia Can i Use it?

I didn't find them, they was hire but maybe i put them in the 🗑️.

I forgot to write. I put 1 can with the new Oil and I put another can 200-300 miles before oil changed

I think to youse this oil for a track days in Summer season IN EJ205 Subaru motor. May add some ZDDP to increase protection.
