Seafoam, my long time experiance with it & directions

So, it's best to put Seafoam in with new oil? Then change it at the regular 5k OCI? Or would it be better to do it near the end of an OCI and replace it with fresh oil.

    Anyone else have a Toyota with a 1MZ-FE 3.0 V6?

I have both a 1MZ-FE and two 3MZ-FE's, all 3 cars go through 5k OCI on Mobil 1 Syntetic, 5W-30 for winter and 10W-30 for the 3 hottest summer months. The 1MZ-FE has 120k, while the other 3MZ-FEs have less then 30k each. I'm planning to do Seafoam on the 1MZ, since sludge is somewhat common on...

What air/cabin filter for 06 Sienna?

I have a 06 Sienna LE FWD that does about 100 miles a day for 7 days a week. I know I'm supposed to change air filter and cabin filter at every 30k miles. I'm wondering if it's a better idea to go with OEM ones for best fuel economy, or aftermarket ones? I'm not looking for anything for...

    how different is 10W 30 form 5w 30?

Both are really quite close. If it recommends 5W-30, then use that for most of the time. I live in Chicago with hot summers (90-100) and cold winters (0-10F). I use 5W-30 in winter and 10W-30 in the hottest summer months. 5W-30 would perform slightly better with a tad better gas mileage, but...

    Change it now or later?

I'd say change it now. Use conventional oil for the first 10k or so, then synthetic would be a great choice.

    Polishing out touch-up paint spots

You can try using rubbing compound or using 1000grit sand paper. Is there a clearcoat on top of the base color coat?

Recommendation for low annual mileage, short trip car

2 oil changes a year should be okay, just monitor oil level and top it off every once in a while. I have the same question as well, for a car with low annual mileage, would regular or synthetic oil be better? Considering the oil would mostly sit there fairly often, and I'd still do the 2-3 oil...

What coolant on 97 Camry V6?

I think I'll probably go with the red Toyota Long Life coolant and do a 50/50 with distilled. I'll look around to see if there are any tips on how to flush coolant on a 97 Camry.

    toyota camry

I think fuel economy would decrease with wider tires. For best fuel economy, stick with stock specs, or move down to slimmer tires, sacrificing handling for better fuel economy.

    Hot climate recommendations

Pinnacle Souveran Paste looks a bit expensive, I recommend just using S100 since it'll perform the same as P21S. For durability, use Klasse AIO with a few layers of Klasse SG on top, then top it off with wax of your choice.

Practical Uses for Dual Core CPU

Dual cores are mainly useful for doing more then one thing at a time, just as stated above by many users. Right now, the AMD X2 skt939s are quite cheap for dual cores, so it's only a bit more expensive then some single cores, so why not pay a tad more for better performance?

What coolant on 97 Camry V6?

I have a 1997 Toyota Camry LE V6. The manual recommends: Ethylene-Glycol Antifreeze. Any idea what kind is the best? And I'm supposed to do a 50/50 mix with distilled water right? Can I just add more coolant to reach the MAX line, or do I have to flush the older one out and completely fill it...
