I recently became the owner of a 2005 GMC Envoy XL. It runs and drives just fine however it does have a P0420 that comes and goes, and my fuel mileage even on the highway won't surpass 11.5 mpg. Is it possible it has a clogged cat? How would I check?

Yes, decades old. Both used oil analysis were using this old oil. I don't have any more in my stash and my current OCI is with newer oil.

I'm assuming this goes back to when my transmission got replaced last year, but literally none of the brackets for my power steering lines are bolted in place. So my metal lines were hanging down and on a long enough timeline, rubbed through and began to leak.

With my last OCI I finished up my old stock Quaker State API SJ 10W30 I had on hand. I had about 4500 miles this time, which included a decent amount of towing plus "spirited" driving. The results this time seem concerning so I'm interested in what you guys think. Picture attached.
