Regarding maintenance history, Lexus service records show oil changed every 5-7k miles since first owner. I am the 2nd.
Keeping the viscosity at the OEM rec for cold starting to ensure fluid makes it way quick enough to lubricate components and bumping the 20-30 to ensure things stay lubricated and cool at higher temps and RPM
