Difference was negligible for me in the 3.6L Durango going from XW20 to XW30. Same MPG, same oil pressure noticed. A little more film thickness can’t hurt the 3.6L.
OE tire on the Dodge Durango, replaced them around 64,000 miles. Wear was even due to monthly pressure checks and 5-6k rotations. They are designed to be fuel efficient that’s about it.

Idle time will impact your fuel dilution for sure.
Cummins guideline states 5% fuel dilution in their service bulletin from years ago so you are due for a change IMO from the data provided.
The Donaldson P502503 has a silicon ADBV, this filter is pretty popular due to the 99% efficiency rating @ 15 micron with Powerstroke owners.

I found them to be pretty good considering the entry level pricing. The best deals were on the blemished lowers. The lower parts kits were occasionally on sale/special, no complaints they functioned as intended.
If it's under warranty and you keep your records, I'd just change it.
For the 20-30 minutes of your time, and a couple quarts of oil it's an easy decision to make for me.
