    both the 2.2 and 4.3s are probably two of the best engines in terms of durability and ease of maintenance. Solid workhorse vehicle.

    Ground but I would also check in instructions on the bearing itself. Though I would be surprised if it says air but it should make a mention of the proper torqueing procedure.

    Standing Desks

    I am actually sitting in a similar desk to that at my office now. I use it once in a while. It is supposed to help keep you focused because we aren't just sitting the entire day. Either way for that price it looks like a decent piece of furniture. Enjoy!
