I checked out rockauto and you can get the AC Delco professional series for 6.52. After looking at the NAPA number you provided it appears to be a Monroe clone. I'd stick with the Delcos personally

SRXs are supposed to be great tires for what you're looking for. Another tire to consider too is the Continental Trucontacts if they come in your size. Similar price, excellent traction and quiet.

I am actually sitting in a similar desk to that at my office now. I use it once in a while. It is supposed to help keep you focused because we aren't just sitting the entire day. Either way for that price it looks like a decent piece of furniture. Enjoy!
