The media looks like a blend
It’s definitely a silicone adbv. I didn’t take pictures but it was nearly impossible to ignite. It produced a tiny bit of white ash
It wasn’t for me either. But the thread here and all the posts on various social media platforms was intriguing. Plus 10 filters shipped to my door for $28.
I had to find out for myself
This is a very well made filter. No date code anywhere. Baseplate was very heavy. Can is very thick. I could not make the media tear or pull out. No extra glue.
Unless the efficiency is trash these are the steal of the century
