GON, what is all that food? I can recognize salad and some sort of meat is all. I'm a country hick and have never heard of a bento box.

Bento is a traditional Japanese lunch. It often has rice, a salad of some kind, sushi, and other Japanese items like deep fried and breaded veggies or prawns called tempura.

Thank you! My Granddaughter loves sushi and stuff. I can eat it, but prefer my stuff cooked.
She can about break the bank eating sushi, for a thin 18 year old!
